Place into the root zone of potted or bed-grown plants at the time of planting or when re-potting.
- Young Trees & Shrubs:
Install one pack per every 12 inches of plant height. Place pack 2-4 inches below soil surface near the plant stem or at the top of the root ball.
- Potted Plants & Hanging Baskets:
Install one pack per 1 gallon of potting mix.
- Flower Beds & Perennials:
Install one pack 2 to 4 inches below soil surface within 6-inch radius of plant stem or midway between stem and drip line of plant canopy.
- Trees:
Place one tea bag in with each tree seedling.
- Compost Tea:
Place one pack per gallon of water into a watering can and let steep for 12-24 hours. Apply topically to leaves and soil. Reapply fresh tea weekly. For added benefit, use an air pump to add
oxygen during the brewing process.
