Live Shipment Guarantee
ARBICO Organics guarantees that live product orders will be alive upon arrival. Once an item is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information and expected delivery date. If we do not have your email on file, you may call or email us and we will provide that information as soon as possible.
For the most up-to-date delivery information, we recommend signing up for notifications directly from the shipper.: Delivery notifications, proof of delivery and status.
To ensure live delivery, it is important that you receive your order promptly upon arrival. We will not be responsible for live shipments left unattended at your delivery address. Please make contingent arrangements if you will not be able to receive it.
NOTE: Orders may arrive in 2 or more shipments. In such cases, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
For Fly Eliminators, hatching may differ by season. Please see Fly Eliminators FAQs, for instructions and hatching expectations. Do not discard.
If you have viability concerns about a live shipment, please contact us within 24 hours at either 1-800-827-2847 or customercare@arbico.com. We require photos or videos regarding viability. Do not dispose of or discard product!
