Return & Cancellation Policy
- Only unused, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging can be returned.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a refund on the cost of the product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products are returned at customer's expense.
- Products with free shipping will be refunded the purchase price after a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please call or email our Customer Care department for an RMA number.
- Please indicate the reason for your return on a copy of the enclosed invoice.
- There are no returns on live product. We guarantee live insects upon delivery. If products are damaged on arrival or there are viability issues with live products, immediately take photo or video documentation and call us within 24 hours to report the issues. Do not dispose of damaged product or packaging prior to contacting us.
- Some of the products ARBICO Organics carries are manufactured by other companies and have warranties through those manufacturers. If you have warranty questions regarding any of these items, it is best to contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information is generally found on the product label.
- Sales of items on clearance or discontinued items are final and may not be returned.

Cancellation Requests & Shipping Changes:
We require a 7 business day notice to cancel or change a scheduled shipment.
IMPORTANT: For freight deliveries, please check your order to make sure that the order is complete and undamaged before signing the bill of lading. ARBICO Organics will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods unless you have made a note on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
