- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a refund on the cost of the product only, subject to the merchandise being in a resellable condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products are returned at customer's expense.
- Returned merchandise that is not resellable will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please call or email our Customer Care department for an RMA number.
- Please indicate the reason for your return on a copy of the enclosed invoice.
- There are no returns on live product. We guarantee live insects upon delivery. If products are damaged on arrival or there are viability issues with live products, please call us within 24 hours to report the issues. Do not dispose of damaged product or packaging prior to contacting us.
- Some of the products ARBICO Organics carries are manufactured by other companies and have warranties through those manufacturers. If you have warranty questions regarding any of these items, it is best to contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information is generally found on the product label.
- Sales of items on clearance or discontinued items are final and may not be returned.

We require a 7 business day notice to cancel or change a scheduled shipment.
IMPORTANT: For freight deliveries, please check your order to make sure that the order is complete and undamaged before signing the bill of lading. ARBICO Organics will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods unless you have made a note on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
