Adjuvants

Adjuvants are designed to be added to a broad range of products like insecticides and herbicides. Their function is to heighten the efficacy of products in spray applications by performing specific functions. These functions include spreading, sticking, reducing evaporation, buffering, anti-foaming, compatibility agents, emulsifying, reducing spray drift, dispersing and wetting. The name "adjuvants" is the overall name for surfactants, spreader-stickers, crop oils and such.
