The All Purpose Dispenser Tube makes applying powdered and granular products to the lawn and garden easier than it's ever been! The two application options allow for simple application of dry fertilizers when top dressing, more even dispersal of granular pre-emergent herbicides, and easy access to difficult to reach places in the garden.

Commonly Applied Products:

Simply fill the Dispenser Tube with the product to be dispensed and apply accordingly. Use products based on labelled instructions. This All Purpose Dispenser holds up to 40 oz. of Milky Spore powder.

Remove the plastic end cap at the base of the Dispenser Tube. Put desired amount of material to be dispensed into the tube and replace the end cap to seal. Rotate applicator cover to diffuse or pour contents over application areas.

Milky Spore Applications: Fill Dispenser Tube with Milky Spore powder and apply according to labelled instructions. Milky Spore should be applied in a grid pattern at 4 foot spacing intervals, then watered into the soil. Shake Dispenser Tube once to apply the Milky Spore to the soil.

I liked using this to spread the Milky Spore Powder. My only "complaint" is that there wasn't any instructions on how best to take which end cap off to put the Milky Spore into the tub. I figured it out but was concerned that my figured out method might damage the end cap.

The Milky Spore box says to apply according to the directions accompanying the dispenser tube, however there are NO instructions accompanying the dispenser tube. One customer commented that it was a bit tricky to determine the size of the opening in order get the correct application rate, but left me with no indication of the result of his/her experimentation. Would be immensely helpful if the accompanying instructions actually existed and/or the web site included more complete instructions.

This is a cardboard tube with thin plastic ends. Just like a large talcum powder dispenser. Mine arrived bent with no instructions.

The item did not come with any instructions, so I had to guess at proper use. Took a little while to figure out the proper setting of the adjustable opening to dispense the right amount of product. It was a little short for me--I am 6'3" and found I was bending over for each application spot, so by the end of covering my half acre of turf my back was a little sore. Still much better than using a spoon and depositing each spot at ground level!
