This organic broccoli was developed in Oregon and named for the scenic Umpqua River there. It is an enthusiastic grower and generous producer throughout a long season. Umpqua Broccoli has dark green, good-looking, uniformly round heads between 5 and 8" in size. In addition to lots of these heads, there is plenty of side shoot production. An ideal choice for home gardens, Umpqua Broccoli also shines in local farmer's markets; however, it does not ship well. Certified organic.
