This food is superior to fruit flies (drosophila)!
These gnat-sized insects are actually stingless wasps which are shipped as parasitized fly pupae and are shipped in a vial. The wasps emerge upon arrival or shortly thereafter. Food can be refrigerated in order to delay hatching. To feed aviary birds and reptiles, empty vial on the floor or bottom of cage. For hummingbirds, place contents in a coffee filter and hang it in or staple it to plant or tree foliage. 1 oz. equals approximately ¼ cup.
