This Product Controls These Pests or Diseases: Whitefly (Aleyrodidae), Fungus Gnats (Sciara hemerobioides), Thrips (Thysanoptera), Midges (Chironomidae) and other flying insects.
Simply remove the protective paper coating and insert the Stiky Plant Stake into the soil on the edge of the pot. The trap is coated with adhesive on one side only, which you will want to place facing in toward the plant. This will effectively keep the trapped insects out of sight.

These are amazing! They are easy to work with and are as advertised. We had an awful gnat infestation on a couple of houseplants after they had been repotted, and these sticky plant stakes are taking care of the problem. We put one in each planter and no longer have an issue with gnats flying all over the house. Thank you for a great product! USA Made is all the better.
