This roma tomato owes it superb flavor to the Mediterranean microclimate and volcanic soils of its native Italy. This fruit grows heartily in thick clusters on indeterminate plants. Each ruby red gem is thick-walled and meaty and up to 5" long. The abundance of sugars and pectins in these romas gives them an extra boost of flavor that makes them shine in sauces, soups and pastes and their mild acidity really balances out meats and cheeses. Certified organic and biodynamic.
