Effective Organic Garden Insect Spray! People, Pet and Planet Safe!

OMRI Listed and made in the USA, Organocide 3-in-1 Garden Insect Spray contains a specific blend of sesame oil, potassium sorbate, lecithin and edible fish oil that work together to act as an effective insecticide, miticide and fungicide that will not harm bees or adult butterflies.

This organic spray contains no petroleum solvents and is an ideal alternative to many chemical-based pesticides and sprays. Organocide is effective against soft-bodied insects, spider mites and scale insects and controls many common fungal diseases. For outdoor use only.

This Product Controls These Pests or Diseases:

  • Soft bodied insects including (but not limited to) Aphids (Aphidoidea), Hemlock wooly Adelgids (Adelges tsugae), Leafrollers (Tortricdae), Mealybugs (Coccoidea), Thrips (Thysanoptera), Whiteflies (Aleyrodoidea) and Fungus Gnats (Sciaridae).
  • Spider mites (Tetranychus spp.) including (but not limited to) European Red Mite (Panonychus ulmi), Spruce Mite (Oligonhychus ununguis), Maple Mite, Southern Red Mite (Oligonychus ilicis), Two-Spotted Spider Mite (Tetranychus urticae), Six Spotted Mite, Texas Citrus Mite (Eutetranychus banksi) and Rust Mite (Aceria anthocoptes).
  • Scale insects including (but not limited to) Sago Palm Scale (Aulacaspis yasumatsu), Magnolia Scale (Neolecaniun cornuparvum), Oleander Scale (Aspidiotus nerii), San Jose Scale (Quadraspidiotus perniciosus), and Euonymus Scale (Unaspis euonym).
  • Diseases such as, but not limited to Powdery Mildew (Erysiphales), Downy Mildew, Black Spot on roses (Diplocarpon rosae), helminthesporium (Helminthosporium solani) and greasy spot on citrus (Mycosphaerella citri).

For Outdoor Use Only, Test for Sensitivity Before Applications

Ready to Use (RTU):

  • Spray leaves and stems of plants making sure tops and bottoms are covered. Spray until the solution runs off the tips of the leaves.
  • For best results, shake occasionally to keep active ingredients suspended.
  • Do not apply when temperatures exceed 95°F. In fact, spray during the coolest time of the day (early morning or late evening) and allow 3-4 hours for product to dry.
  • A single application is normally enough for control.
  • For normal maintenance, spray once per month or as needed to spot treat areas.
  • For severe problems, make two applications 3 days apart. Reapply in 7 days if problem persists.

Concentrate:

  • SHAKE WELL FIRST.
  • Dilute 3 oz. of Organocide 3-in-1 Garden Spray per gallon of water and shake well to blend. Once blended, shake often while in use to prevent separation.
  • Diluted solution can be used for up to 30 days.
  • Use a sprayer that will put out a fine spray.
  • If spraying severely stressed or damaged plants, consider using a lower mix rate to avoid adding additional stress. The general recommendation is to mix 1 oz. per gallon.
  • Do not apply when temperatures exceed 95°F. In fact, spray during the coolest time of the day (early morning or late evening) and allow 3-4 hours for product to dry.
  • A single application is normally enough for control.
  • For normal maintenance, spray once per month or as needed to spot treat areas.
  • For severe problems, make two applications 3 days apart. Reapply in 7 days if problem persists.


Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Always store pesticides in the original container in a secure area away from children and pets. Store away from food and pet food. Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal. Non refillable container; do not reuse or refill container. Never place unused product down indoor or outdoor drain.

Warning & Toxicities: Organocide may stain concrete or clothing. Although Organocide has an unusually high degree of safety for most plants; some plants in the Euphorbia family (Crown of Thorns, Poinsettia) have shown sensitivity. We recommend testing a small area of foliage on these plants to determine sensitivity.

Started by using it for whiteflies on tropicals 4 years ago. Then mildew on roses and plumerias during a particularly cloudy summer and most recently it obliterated scale on my new peach tree. I love this product and have recommended it to many friends and family. And the bees and butterflies thank me.

The smell isn't the most pleasant thing, but it doesn't stop me from using it. I've used it on indoor potted plants, and the most impressed I've been was using it outside on what appeared to be a spider mite infestation. I have aloes spreading in my backyard as ground cover, and they were COATED with webbing and mites. ONE TREATMENT knocked them all back, Winter came and they're finally gone! Wear gloves, it's not irritating but the smell really sticks.

Coastal Zone 8. During early Covid when stores were all closed and hard to get into Garden Department stores. Purchased seceral bags of garden soil for raised garden. Several bags had mildew. Some other bags must have had fungus gnats. They were eating my vegetables roots. I could not figure out why everything was not growing with fresh new soil, water, fertilizer. But noticed tiny black flies everywhere. Then we had a lot of rain. I jept using Neem oil sprays. They helped but then it rained and it reduced the population but did not get rid of them. Decided to try this Organocide 3 in 1 since I could use any time of day and it was safe for bees. We live near a pond and with all of the rain I didn't want it washing into the pond. I used this product as directed. It does have a fishy smell but it cleared it all up and my plants looked better than before. Recently, it's been so unusually rainy and humid even my knockout roses are starting to have blackspot. That has never happened in years of growing them. I was going to use the Neem oil spray again but didn't want to have to worry about timing for the bees. So I mixed this instead as it says it is used to treat blackspot and other fungal issues. I just used again last night so I don't know the results yet on the blackspot. But it worked great to kill a large infestation of fungus gnats. I also added vermiculite recently to raised bed to help with the aeration of soil. Others told me I would have to get rid of the soil. I spent so much money on that soil I didn't want to throw it out. While tilling it all back up to add in the vermiculite, I found so many huge earthworms. I was so happy to see. So it looks like the garden is doing much better now. And it's safe to eat.

I am very pleased with the results. I am using it on my legal cannabis in ground grow. I no longer find more than a bite or 2 from my leaves and have found dead pest on the leaves. I do have one question. Is it safe for humans when the plant is concentrated to oil?
Owner Response: It does have fish oil in it, so I would be cautious if the plants are being used for concentrate.
