BSFL Nutrient + is made by turning local food waste into a sustainable plant nutrient. Arizona Worm Farm, makers of Black Fly Soldier Frass have created a groundbreaking liquid plant nutrient by emulsifying the Black Soldier Fly Larvae. The Black Soldier Fly Larvae emulsion (3-3-5) is combined with Black Soldier Fly Frass (3-2-1), pure well water and phosphoric acid (for stabilization) to create a hydrolysate that contains not only plant nutrients, beneficial microorganisms and enzymes.
Applying frass to soil for plant health has been known to:
- Support plant defense systems against root diseases
- Decrease the rate of soil-born fungal infections
BSFL and Insect Frass does not contain any live insects.
Suggested Uses: For use as a soil amendment to provide nutrients and improve soil condition.
