The SCD All Seasons Organko Composting Kit is an effortless way to reduce your carbon footprint by recycling home food waste. This kit includes SCD All Seasons Bokashi; it's made from wheat and rice bran, molasses, water, and salt that's fermented to create the media for the beneficial micro-organisms in the compost. Adding this bokashi to your compost will accelerate composting time, help neutralize odors and increase the mineral content of your compost.
The SCD All Seasons Organko Composting Kit will produce an exceptional compost tea that is exceptionally easy to access and use. You simply use the handy spigot on the composter to pour out the tea, dilute it, and sprinkle it over plants. A little bit of this tea goes a long way - you only need to add one tbsp. of concentrate to a gallon for a top-quality plant food.
- This easy-to-use kit is a smart choice for beginner composters.
- Sized for small spaces, this composter fits on countertops and can be stored under a kitchen sink. It's great for use in apartments, cottages, classrooms, and offices.

HOW TO USE -
- Lay down an initial layer of SCD All Seasons Bokashi.
- Place fresh foods scraps in the All Seasons Indoor Composter and thoroughly coat every layer with the bokashi compost starter.
- Close the lid tightly after every use to ensure an anaerobic environment.
- Once the container is full, let the pieces continue to ferment for two weeks and then transfer into your garden or planter.
- Allow at least two more weeks for the fermentation process to continue in the soil before planting.
- Make sure to drain the liquid released during the anaerobic process from the SCD All Seasons Indoor Composter frequently to prevent putrefaction of your compost.
Be sure to cover your compost completely with soil to assure proper fermentation and to keep animals away. Dig a trench 18" - 24" deep to bury the compost and mix the fermented material with soil each time you add to the trench.
