TerraGrow is a soil inoculant comprised of a powdered blend of beneficial bacterial and fungal spores. This specialty formula reestablishes beneficial organisms in and around the root zone to stimulate root development. This increased surface area in the root zone benefits the plants health in many ways including the following:

  • Reduces transplant shock.
  • Allows the plant increased access to seek out and absorb more macro/micro nutrients.
  • Bolsters the plants resistance to stress.
TerraGrow contains no genetically altered microbial strains. Each strain is cultured and tested under strict conditions to ensure stability and consistency. This completely water soluble formulation makes irrigation application a breeze and it can be used successfully throughout the growing season.

Suggested Uses: For use with a wide array of crops including bedding plants, fruits, row crops, vegetables, turf, hydroponic and ornamental crops.

TerraGrow is best used as a standalone product.

Soil Treatments:

  • Via drip or overhead irrigation system: Use 1-1½ lbs. per acre prior to or immediately after sowing or transplanting; repeat every 3-4 weeks during growing season. For best results, apply when soil temp is above 45°F.
  • In-furrow application at the time of planting: Mix 1.0 lb. in 10-15 gallons of water per acre. Apply at planting directly over or behind the seed prior to covering.
  • As a soil drench prior to or after crop establishment: Mix 1.0 oz. per 100 gallons of water. Thoroughly drench the solution into the root zone.

Soil or Media Drench:

  • Mix 0.6-1.0 oz. per 100 gallons of water. Apply using 100-125 gallons of mixed solution per 1,000 sq. ft. of soil or other growing media in flats, plugs, trays, pots or planting beds immediately before or after seeding, sticking or transplanting.

Post-Planting Applications:

  • Apply 1.0 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. of plant area. Mix in 1 gallon of clean water and apply entire solution to plant area. Reapply once every 3-4 weeks during entire crop growing season.

Turf:

  • Apply when soil temp is above 45°F. Use a rate of 0.6-1.0 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. of turf. Mix with sufficient water to allow product to reach the root zone. Reapply every 3-4 weeks.

Hydroponic System Applications:

  • Add at a rate of 0.6-1.0 per 100 gallons of nutrient tank water when transplants are first placed in the trays. Run the solution through the system for thorough mixing.
  • Repeat applications every time fresh water is added to the system or once every 7-20 days using 0.1-0.2 oz. per 100 gallons of nutrient tank water.
  • If transplant roots are already dipped in the solution prior to placement in the trays, wait 7-20 days before making the first application of TerraGrow in the nutrient tank.

Seed Treatment:

  • Inoculate seed prior to planting using a rate of 0.3-0.5 oz. per 1,000 lbs. of seed. Make a suspension of TerraGrow in cool, clear water. Suspension needs to be used on the seed within 24 hours of mixture.

Cutting and Root Applications:

  • Dissolve 0.6-1.0 oz. per 10 gallons of water. Dip basal end of cuttings or bare roots into the solution for 10-20 seconds immediately before planting.


Storage: Best stored in a refrigerator or a cool, dry area. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Chemical Fungicides and Bactericides should not be mixed directly with or applied to the soil or Growing Media at the same time as TerraGrow. Do not mix directly with synthetic fertilizers.
