Consequence is a fungicide/nematicide/bactericide powered by chitosan. Chitosan, a naturally occurring biopolymer derived from fungal cell walls, has properties that will strengthen crops and guard against a broad spectrum of pathogens. When applied to a plant surface, Consequence acts in two ways: As a direct antipathogenic and as a biochemical signal that triggers the plant's defense systems. As an antipathogenic, Consequence's positively charged molecules bind to pathogenic cell membranes and disrupt their normal processes, thus inhibiting disease. As that occurs, it will activate the plant's Systemic Acquired Resistance (SAR) and Induced Systemic Resistance (ISR). These processes stimulate the production of pathogenesis-preventative phenolics, phytoalexins, and structural reinforcements. These actions then block infection sites and strengthen tissues. Added benefits to all this plant-boosting activity are vigorous root growth, enhanced nutrient uptake and improved tolerance in times of environmental stress.

- Can be used on all indoor and outdoor crops.
Ground Application: Apply with a minimum of 10 gallons of water per acre. Use sufficient volume for thorough and uniform crop coverage.
Soil Application: Apply at any time during the growing season (pre or post plant). Applications may be broadcast over an entire field, in-furrow, or banded into planting rows.
Aerial Application: Apply a minimum of 5 gallons per acre of diluted product. Avoid application when excessive drift or insufficient crop coverage may occur.
APPLICATION RATES: Use higher rates and shortest time interval when disease pressure is high.
- Pre-Plant Dip: Use once as a dip at the rate of 8 fl. oz./100 gallons.
- Seed Treatment: Apply once in a slurry at the rate of 4-36 fl. oz./100 lb. seed.
- Greenhouse, Nursery & Controlled Environments: Apply every 7-14 days as a foliar spray and/or drench at the rate of 8-24 fl. oz./100 gals.
