Captain Jack's Neem Max serves as an insecticide/miticide in several ways: as a repellent, a suffocant, an anti-feedant and as an insect growth regulator by disrupting the growth/molting process. If an insect manages to get past all those barriers and ingests it, the neem will fatally poison it. Captain Jack's Neem Max also works to control plant-damaging nematodes but does not affect Beneficial Nematodes.
Captain Jack's Neem Max is also exceptional as a fungicide. It will inhibit mycelial growth by coating the spores, which prevents further spore development. Because the Neem Oil does not kill fungal pathogens outright (it only inhibits further development), it is crucial to be proactive and treat the area ahead of a severe infestation.

Pests: Aphids, Beetles, Borers, Caterpillars, Grasshoppers, Gnats (including Fungus Gnats), Leafhoppers, Leafminers, Mealybugs, Spider Mites, Psyllids, Root Knot Nematodes, Scale, Stink bugs, Thrips, True Plant bugs, Weevils, Wireworms and Whiteflies.
Diseases: Alternaria, Anthracnose, Blight (early, late, leaf), Botrytis, Black Spot, Downy Mildew, Molds, Powdery Mildew, Rust, Scab, Stem Mildew, Southern Blight, Sour Rot Grapes, Soil Fungal diseases and much more.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
The efficacy of this product is dependent on weather conditions, intensity of pest populations, and the physical stages of pests and crops when it is applied. Apply this product as a foliar spray or as a soil drench to control listed pests.
- When applied as a foliar spray, ensure thorough coverage of plant surfaces, but avoid pooling or run off.
- When applied as a soil drench, avoid excessive runoff.
- Avoid spraying under conditions of high humidity and high temperature (>90°F).
- To avoid potential leaf burn, apply the product in early morning or late evening.
- Always test the product on a small section of your plants for compatibility before treating the all the plants.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
To Control Insects or Mites: This product is most effective when applied before insects or eggs are present in large numbers. Apply this product at the first sight of insects/mites in a 7-10 day interval. For heavy insect populations, apply in a 7-day interval.
To Control Diseases: This product is most effective in controlling diseases when applied as a preventative before the diseases are present. Apply the product to cover all the plant tissue in a 10-14 day interval.
To Control Nematodes and for Soil Use: Apply to achieve a complete coverage of the soil with a 10-14 day interval.
Environment:
To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or runoff into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters, or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. Rinsing application equipment over the treated area will help avoid runoff to water bodies or drainage systems.
Storage:
Do not store above 104°F or below 20°F for extended periods of time.
For optimal use experience, store in room temperature (>60°F) where possible to prevent thickening. If product has started to solidify, refer to "Thawing Instructions". Store in a tightly closed original container when not in use.
Do not store exposed to ultraviolet light (sunlight) or moisture.
