BioAct SD allows you to quickly get rid of old organic matter from previous harvests and provide your plants with revitalized soil in which to grow. It is a biological stubble digester, which means it uses beneficial microorganisms and humic acid to accelerate the decomposition of tough-to-handle plant stubble and crop residue. The billions of active microorganisms in this soluble powder greatly supplement the natural microorganisms found in soil. The Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas putida present in BioAct produce enzymes that break down larger organic molecules into smaller "digestible" ones. This combination of abundant and diverse beneficial microorganisms and robust enzyme complexes jump-starts the degradation process and provides the foundation for healthier soil and stronger plants.

Application Rate: The recommended dosage is 1 lb of BioAct SD per acre (1.1 kg/ha).
BioAct SD requirements are generally dictated by crop and field conditions. Usage will vary with substrate composition, pH, moisture, and temperature. In general, increasing the Bioact-SD dosage will increase the rate of residue decomposition. Mix BioAct SD with enough water and apply to the crop residues. Disk in the crop residues after the application for better results.
