EpiShield is an ideal miticide and insecticide for growers seeking a product that requires less storing and moving of large volumes with greater flexibility in timing of applications. It contains a proprietary and concentrated blend of peppermint and clove oils that produce high mortality rates with lower application rates in targeted pests through various modes of actions including paralysis, suffocation, and desiccation.
This formulation can be used indoors and outdoors for suppression and control of various pests including mites, aphids, whiteflies, mealybugs, and thrips on a wide range of agricultural and commercial crops such as cannabis, outdoor food crops, annuals, perennials and more. In addition, this formulation has no know risks for pest resistance or residue tolerance.
Designed to deliver effective control with 10 times lower application rates (than other horticultural oils), EpiShield has lower phytotoxicity allowing for more tolerance to temperature and humidity variations allowing for flexibility of application timing and is ideal for spot sprays.
Additional benefits include exemptions from restricted entry interval (REI), preharvest interval (PHI), food tolerance requirements (MRLs) and pesticide use reporting. It is compatible with most insecticides and fungicides however avoid using with products that are not for use with oils.
Note: See Technical White Paper for R&D examples of proven performance, crop tolerance and links to further reading found under the DOCS tab.

Must be diluted before use and apply at a rate of about 100 gallons of solution per acre using a fine to medium sized droplet and agitate regularly. Do not store mix overnight or for long periods and test before use.

Spray canopy covering both sides of leaves until wet without runoff and ensure plants are dry after two hours. Wetting agent is not necessary but will improve contact with leaf surfaces. Do not use with "penetrants" or "stomal flooders". Note: Spray before temperatures exceed 90° F and when humidity is less than 90%.
- For Dip Applications: Mix at a rate of about 0.09 fl. oz (2.7 mL) per gallon of water for unrooted cuttings or foliage of rooted cuttings and submerge for 10-30 seconds. Agitate solution regularly and prepare new dip to avoid pathogen contamination as needed.
