Micro Dutch Bucket System

A Dutch Bucket System is an enclosed (except for the top of the growing media surface) form of drip system that has been designed for hydroponic growing. The nutrients are contained in a reservoir and are not exposed to light –only the top of the growing surface in the Dutch Buckets is exposed to light.

The Micro Dutch Bucket System is specially designed for use in small spaces but can be expanded for larger scale hydroponic growing. The 40 gallon reservoir fits 4 PolyMax^® Dutch Buckets and measures 38" W X 30" L. This system is great for growing vegetables and herbs. The Micro Dutch Bucket System includes:

• 40 gallon nutrient and water reservoir
• Lid with porthole cover
• Ratchet Clamp
• Siphon Elbow
• 3/4" white polyethylene tubing
• 1/8" micro tubing
• Clear Vinyl
• 10' length clear vinyl tubing
• Dripper stakes
• Micro tees
• Magnetic drive recirculating pump
• Air pump with air diffuser
• Heavy Duty Timer

Tools that are needed to assemble the Dutch bucket system:

• Tape measure and gloves.
• Marker to mark locations on PVC tubing and reservoir lid.
• Variable speed drill (cordless with extra batteries works best).
• 5/16" drill bit and 1" hole saw bit
• Pliers and tool to cut tubing
• Detailed instructions complete with photos.

Additional tools may be needed depending on application.
