This trap is highly effective and simple to use; you just fold the trap to make a tent shape, attach a pheromone lure to a sticky card and insert both inside the tent. The lure in this kit is a compelling attractant for major pantry and stored good pests like Indian Meal Moths, Raisin Moths, Mediterranean Flout Moths, Tobacco Moths, Almond Moths, Cigarette Beetle, Warehouse Beetles and Carpet Beetles.
These traps come in 6 decorative designs that blend into most any indoor environment to keep your pest control as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Designs will be chosen at random for you.
Once the lure is opened, it has an expected efficacy time of 90 days. This lure emission is highest in the first few days and will then drop off and plateau at a targeted threshold for the remainder of its published lure life. The published lure life, however, can be negatively affected by a number of factors, including poor handling by the user and adverse environmental conditions. On the other hand, proper handling and unusually good conditions may extend the lure life somewhat. For best results, be sure to place the trap and lure where the air will waft over it and dispense into surrounding air.
The No-Mess Sticky Card™ insert in this kit will probably become full of insects or other debris before the lure loses its potency. When the liner is about 75% covered, simply remove the lure and replace the sticky card before re-inserting it into the trap. Replacement cards are available in 3-packs, or you can cut another sticky trap (like the ARBICO Organics™ Yellow Insect Trap to size.

This Product Controls These Pests or Diseases: For use to control, monitor and kill the following pests: Indian Meal Moth (Plodia interpunctella), Mediterranean Flour Moth (Ephestia kuehniella), Raisin Moth (Cadra figuliella), Tobacco Moth (Ephestia elutella), Almond Moth (Cadra cautella), Cigarette Beetle (Lasioderma serricome), Warehouse Beetle (Trogoderma variable) and Carpet Beetles (Anthrenus verbasci, Anthrenus flavipes).
Overlap both ends of the trap. Use 2 round stickers (included) to hold the overlapped pieces together. Add No-Mess Sticky Card insert and lure as follows:
- Rapidly remove protective cover from the sticky side of insert.
- Remove clear cover from the tacky bar end of the insert.
- Open foil lure packet and remove lure.
- Stick lure to the center of the sticky side of the insert.
- Slide card and lure all the way into the trap, sticky side up.
- Pinch end of card with tacky bar against trap floor to secure sticky card to the trap floor.
Place this trap, with No-Mess Sticky Card, in an open area where air can drift across the pheromone lure to create an invisible plume that will attract pests to the trap. Do not hide in a closed space. If the pests that this trap is engineered to attract and kill are present within 10-12 ft. of the lure, they will land on the No-Mess Sticky Card. The pheromone lure will continue to attract these pests for at least 90 days. If the sticky side of the insert becomes saturated with insect pests before the life of the lure expires, simply pull the still-active lure off and place it onto a fresh new No-Mess Sticky Card. Slide the new insert with the lure into the trap and re-deploy. Simply toss the saturated sticky card into the household waste.
Results may vary due to seasonal changes, insect pest population variations, natural predator populations, correct trap installation, proper/improper lure storage, weather extremes, disruption of the trap by children, pets or sprinklers, damage and/or contamination due to chemical sprays and other unforeseen events
Environment: For use inside in pantries and storage areas where pest moths and beetles can ruin grain, flour, cereal, dried fruit, pet food, tea, nuts, red peppers, cocoa, candy, tobacco, dried flowers, spices, biological specimens, powdered milk, raisins and more.
Storage: Avoid storing in direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: Lures stored in moderate temperature zones (75°-90°F) will have a shelf life of 2-3 seasons. Lures frozen inside sealed pouches will last longer and lures continually exposed to extreme heat will last a shorter amount of time.
