Pheromone lures mimic bug hormones or scents that are normally given off by insects to attract the opposite sex of their species for mating. When used with traps they lure the insects into the trap, preventing them from mating and capturing them on the sticky substance found inside the trap. This helps to break the reproductive cycle of the pest and it allows you to monitor the size of the population to help determine whether to intervene or not.
This lure should be used with Scentry Wing Trap.
Use gloves or tweezers to remove lure from packaging and place on trap adhesive once traps are placed. Dispose of gloves after use.
Each lure remains effective for 4-6 weeks in normal conditions.
