SaferGro Pest Out uses a potent medley of food-grade botanical oils (cottonseed, clove & garlic) to provide first rate control for mites, thrips, aphids and other soft bodied pests. This quick acting and long lasting organic spray can be used right up to and including the day of harvest and won't leave a residue or funny taste on your crops. You can use this family and pet friendly product on most crops, including (but not limited to): ornamentals, berries, grapes and fruit trees.
SaferGro Pest Out acts as a curative and a preventative. It controls all life stages of target pests due to its chemical, physical and behavioral modes of action:
- It suffocates pests by coating their bodies, thereby blocking their airways.
- It can dissolve spider mite webs and smother their eggs.
- It will act on the cell membranes and interfere with their normal functions.
- It causes general physical irritation to the insect, which disrupts their feeding.
- It erodes and destroys the muscles and nerves of the chemosensory organs.
In order to get optimal results and the full range of control listed above, thorough coverage of all plant parts is critical. The use of a spreader/sticker such as SaferGro Natural Wet® may increase efficacy of treatment.
Suggested Uses: For use as miticide and insecticide to kill and control soft bodied insects on plants.
Application Rate: Mix 1.5 oz (3 Tbl) per one gallon of spray water.

This Product Controls These Pests or Diseases: Aphids (Aphidoidea), Thrips (Thysanoptera), Broad Mites (Polyphagotarsonemus latus), Spider Mites (Tetranychidae) and other soft bodied insects.
Shake well before using. Apply as a foliar spray. Apply enough to cover the entire surface of infested plant. Repeat application at 7-10 day intervals or as needed. Do not apply at less than 7 day interval. Thorough coverage is essential to establish control. The use of a spreader/sticker such as SSaferGro® Natural Wet® may increase efficacy of treatment.
Application Notes: Do not apply to seedlings or very young plants. Apply until plants are thoroughly wet, but not to the point of runoff. This product contains oil and may leave marks on some fruits, especially pears. Test in a small area before spraying in large areas.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Dispose of properly. Nonrefillable container. Do nor reuse or refill this container.
