These sticky traps are just what they sound like - big and invisible. The large capturing surface means you will trap more insects and need to replace them less often than smaller sticky traps. Because these are transparent you may catch more than targeted insects. Beneficials, birds, and even people and pets, can get stuck on them. To reduce inadvertent captures, carefully consider where you deploy them and never put them where bees or other beneficials are actively foraging.

- Capture rates for any sticky trap can be affected by a large number of variables such as seasonal changes, insect pest population variations, natural predator populations, correct or incorrect trap installation, proper lure storage, weather extremes, disruption, damage and/or contamination due to chemical sprays, pets, children, sprinklers, or other unforeseen events.
Other control measures:
- Avoid practices that destroy or disrupt highly effective beneficials and their habitats.
- If the trap captures several adults, ask your local garden center or cooperative extension office for help choosing and selectively using a least-harmful organic spray.

How To Use:
- Insert a wire hanger into each of the Big Invisible Trap's two hanger holes.
- Hang the trap vertically or horizontally - DO NOT DEPLOY TRAP FLAT!
- Hang traps in the outer branches.
- Because the trap is transparent/invisible, be sure to hang traps so that they are visibly conspicuous to humans and pets. Avoid hanging it anywhere or at a height that a human or pet might not see and inadvertently walk into it.
- Check traps every couple of weeks for presence, potential population density, and to catch and kill males as a mating reduction strategy.
- Continue using traps throughout the growing season to monitor the effectiveness of the treatment strategy and to trap as many adults as necessary.
