This cauliflower produces early (as early as mid-March) and dependably on tall (about 18"), slender plants. These prolific producers will deliver dense white heads, wrapped in protective leaves, which are amazingly uniform at about 10". These curds are exceptional - they have delicate florets and superb flavor. The high yield and great flavor makes this an excellent choice for market growers. Certified organic.
