Biomin Manganese can be applied before or at planting as banding or a broadcast spray. The general application rate is 1 quart to 1 gallon per acre. It should be diluted with at least 100 time the volume of water (i.e. 2.5 gallons per 250 gallons of water). For best results, apply when the crop is actively growing and after natural rainfall or irrigation.
- For Maintenance: 1 quart per acre is recommended.
- Field Crops: Apply 1-4 pints per acre when crops are about 4-6 inches (10-20 cm) high or when deficiency symptoms appear. Repeat the application in 2-4 weeks if necessary.
- Fruit Trees & Grapes: Applt 1-4 pints per acre starting at bud break or when deficiency symptoms appear. Repeat the application in about 4 weeks if necessary.
- Vegetable Crops: Apply 1-4 pints per acre about 2-4 weeks after emergence or when deficiency symptoms appear. Repeat the application in 1-3 weeks if necessary.
- Almonds, Walnuts, & Other Nut Crops: Apply 1-4 pints per acre before bloom. Repeat application if necessary.
- Foliar Applications: Biomin Manganese should be diluted with at least 100 times its volume in water.
