Insects and mites are resilient, especially when it comes to surviving spray applications. Their waxy cuticles prevent many pesticides from penetrating, making applications less than effective. Additionally, many insecticides leave long-lasting residuals that can disrupt beneficial insects or complicate rotation programs. Cintro Insecticidal Soap addresses both challenges with a contact-based solution formulated with potassium salts of fatty acids. It works by dissolving the insect's cuticle and disrupting its cell membranes, resulting in death. Once dried, Cintro leaves no residual insecticidal activity. This means minimal impact on beneficial organisms and seamless integration into IPM programs.
- 12-hour REI and 0-day PHI - provides growers with the flexibility to achieve effective knockdown without extended reentry or harvest restrictions.
- Use preventively or at early pest detection - delivers dependable contact control exactly when and where it is needed.
- Insecticide/miticide/fungicide (limited)
- Perfect for IPM programs
- Beneficials can be released as soon as sprays have dried.
