All orders received by ARBICO will be confirmed via E-mail, or phone call at your request. Our order department is open Monday through Friday from 8:30AM until 5:00PM Mountain Time. Shipping charges will be figured automatically for the method you select during the order process for US continental 48 states only. You will see the shipping total before you click to complete your purchase.

Shipping Methods Available: Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Next Day.

Next Day and 2nd Day Shipping
Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM MST in order to be processed and shipped the following day. No same day order processing available. This excludes all drop ships. No Saturday or Sunday delivery available.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 -2 days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipping. Every effort will be made to process 2nd Day and Next Day orders on the day the order is received, although, we cannot guarantee same day order processing. Please call us if you are concerned.

Be aware that your order may arrive in 2 or more shipments depending upon what you have ordered. For example, your beneficial insects may arrive a few days ahead of your fertilizer based upon the shipping method that was selected for your order.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is available worldwide including the USA, US territories, US Military Bases and Canadian Provinces.
• No live shipments to Hawaii.
• Aerosol products CAN NOT be shipped to Hawaii or international addresses that require air transport.
• Aerosol products MUST SHIP GROUND.

For US continental 48 States orders less than 200 lbs. will be shipped FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise when placing the order.

Orders weighing over 200 lbs., special-orders, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Military Bases and other areas in most cases will cost additional. You will be informed via E-mail before your order is shipped if there are any additional costs.

We prefer shipping to physical addresses. Most products can be shipped to PO boxes, however it is our policy to have customers contact us prior to shipment to determine feasibility due to size of products and whether product is alive (for example, beneficial insects and organisms). Once your order has been placed, your credit card will be charged.

Orders for in-stock items will usually ship within 1-2 business days. All packages bound for destinations within the 48 US continental States are shipped via FedEx or USPS Mail unless specified otherwise when placing your order. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada and Military Bases are normally shipped via USPS Mail.

All liquids must ship FedEx Ground. UPS Shipping is available upon request. Please call for specific shipping quotes.

We are happy to help you with all of your trucking needs and will provide you with a quote once we know the total weight and a destination zip code.

Customs Policy
When shipping your order outside the US and US territories, you may be subject to import taxes which are levied when your package reaches your country. Additional charges that may apply for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these tariffs, and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further inquiries. Moreover, when ordering from Arbico-Organics.com, you are considered the importer of record and consequently, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us. We would like our international customers to be aware that over-the-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In addition, we may be required to supply certain order, shipment and product information to international carriers. This information will be communicated to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order on all customs forms.

You may need a permit in order to import beneficial insects and organisms. We can provide you with phytosanitary and biological purity certificates.

Out-Of Stock or Back-Ordered Merchandise
Normally we ship stocked items within 1 to 2 business days Monday through Friday (We typically do not ship on weekends). If items of your order are out of stock, we will hold your order for up to 1 week. If we anticipate a longer delay, we will contact you to give you the options of (a) shipping what is currently in stock and the back ordered item(s) later (Shipping charges will most likely be higher with the use of this option) or (b) waiting until your entire order is in stock before shipping or (c) canceling the back-ordered item (s).

Payment Methods

Credit Card:
We accept American Express, VISA, Master Card, and Discover. If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled.

When sending a check or money order, be sure to get the shipping total from us before sending your order. Be sure to include the check or money order (including shipping) made payable to ARBICO, a list of the products you wish to order and your shipping address, contact information and telephone number. For checks, also include your driver's license number and date of birth. Orders via Money Order will be shipped out upon receipt. Orders via Check will be shipped when the check clears.

Purchase Orders
We accept Purchase Orders from most businesses, organizations and government agencies. Our minimum order for purchase orders is $300.00. Please use a credit card for orders under this amount. Your Purchase Order should include:

* Credit references such as bank information or business contacts

For overseas orders payment can be transferred electronically. Please call Arbico for bank routing information. Your order will be paid once money has been received into Arbico's bank account.

Receipt of Your Order
It is extremely important to check your order against the enclosed packing slip. Please notify us IMMEDIATELY (48hrs) if there is a shortage, damage or any other discrepancy with your order.

Return Policy
All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), please call our Customer Care department to obtain: 800-827-2847. Return merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping), subject to the merchandise being in a resalable condition in its original packaging. Return shipping is not paid by Arbico Organics. There are no returns on live product. However we do guarantee live insects upon delivery. If there are any damage or viability issues with live product please call 800-827-2847 (Customer Care Department), to schedule a replacement. To cancel any scheduled future shipments of live product we require a notice of 7 business days prior to shipments going out.

Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to Arbico within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Call 800-827-2847, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm MST.

For truck orders, it is important not to sign for your order until you have checked to make sure that your order is complete and undamaged. Arbico will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods unless you have made a note on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.

Warranty Policy
If you have received a defective product and wish to return it please call 800-827-2847 (Customer Care Department), to receive an authorization to return. You are not responsible for the cost to return the product to us in the case of a product defect.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all items delivered to an Arizona address.
