Tangle Trap is an organic adhesive that allows you to capture flying insects (whitefly, aphids, carrot rust flies, fungus gnats, leafminer, flies, thrips, apple maggot flies) or crawling insects (ants, beetles and others) without using harmful pesticides.
Tangle Trap does not mask the color of or attractants that are on traps!
Use Tangle Trap to prepare your own traps using the size and material which best suits your needs. Just spray the aerosol or brush on the Tangle Trap in cans onto old waxy cardboard, milk cartons, plastic sheets, or on our Apple Maggot Trap (8 oz. covers 16 spheres) and place the traps in your garden, orchards, and greenhouses.
You can also use Tangle-Trap Aerosol to refresh existing non-paper traps. Clean first with Citra-Solv or BioKleen Citrus Soy Solvent and reapply the coating.
Tangle Trap will remain tacky down to 50°F and will stay on surfaces without running to 118° F.
Surfaces treated with Tangle Trap remain tacky until covered with insects or other debris. Permanent traps can be cleaned with Citra-solv, re-coated and re-used.
Tangle Trap Aerosol is easy to use and is specially formulated to adhere to virtually any non-porous trapping surface. 10 oz. aerosol covers 5 sq. ft.
