ARBICO Holistic Fly Defense - 32 oz

A safe and effective insect repellent for horses, livestock and pets. Holistic Fly Defense is a long lasting herbal blend of nature's finest botanicals that repel insects. This non-staining formula will leave no oily residue. It may be used on animals inside the barn, in stall areas or outdoors.

Directions: Dilute 1 part Holistic Fly Defense in 5 parts water. For more stubborn cases, dilute 1 part in 4 parts water.

Active Ingredients: Lemongrass Oil (2.5%), Geranium Oil (1.05%), Geraniol (3%), Citronella Oil (1.5%), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (0.6%), Potassium Sorbate (0.25%)

I have used other holistic horse fly sprays but none seem to last long and feel greasy. Not the case with the Arbico fly defense. This stuff works and is clean to the touch and smells wonderful too. Thanks again for making me and my horses happy!

I think this is one of the best products I have used to organically control the fly problem with our animals. We dilute the product and spray each animal after milking.

I can use this fly spray and not feel like I am covering my horses and myself with poison. Smells like lemongrass. Is effective at keeping off the flies and ticks. I apply this fly spray everyday.

My horses used to avoid me when I brought out the fly spray. Now they follow me around "asking" for more. Not totally effective on the greenheaded horseflies though. Nothing seems to deter those monsters.

We use this product mixed with the Espree Concentrate and diluted 1:4 with water. It is remarkable how well it controls flies, and it is good for the horses' coats, as well. It is all natural, and doesn't bother them when a drop or 2 gets in their eyes. They usually look forward to getting sprayed!

I use the Fly defense on my cattle. I have to mix it 1 bottle to 1 1/2 gallons but it does seem to help. I can't stand flies and am not able to get them up to put fly tags in their ears. It works for a longer period of time if it doesn't rain right after I spray them. About 2 weeks is the longest it will be effective.
