Smart Mouse Trap - 1 per box
This Humane Mouse Trap is perfect for all animal lovers.
|
| This Humane Mouse Trap is perfect for all animal lovers. The Smart Mouse Trap senses when the mouse enters to retrieve the bait and snaps the door shut. The little critter will stay in the trap enjoying his treat until you come and release him in a safe place. To use this easy "no kill" mousetrap simply place a "saltine" cracker in the bait holder, set the trap and check frequently (make sure you check daily or you may starve a trapped mouse). Take the live mouse still in the trap to a wooded or brushy area and open the door and set the little guy free. Escape is delayed until the mouse chews through the cracker. This delay avoids contact between the mouse and the trap user and gives the mouse a little snack to keep him nourished for a while. The Smart Mouse Trap can be cleaned and reused as many times as needed. You'll be thrilled with this quick and humane mouse control. The trap is made of green see-through Kodar plastic & two stainless steel springs work the trap door. Measures 3" x 7" x 2.5". Comes with 1 mouse trap with instructions and booklet about trapping smart mice and mouseproofing your home. Makes a great gift for animal lovers. | | | | Here's What One of Our Many Smart Mouse Trap Customers Had to Say... "Just wanted to thank you for the Smart Mouse Trap. I put it out right away, and have already caught two mice. Your mouse trap performed just as it was described. It made a big difference to me that the mice were not harmed. I tried myself for months to catch them live, but the mice always escaped somehow. Your mouse trap is a great invention." Thanks again, Customer in Alaska |

Great live mouse trap
- By L. Brown on Nov 22, 2010
I've caught countless mice with this trap in our attic and have released them in the wild a few miles away. I usually use a bit of cracker with peanut butter and put it as close to the closed end as possible. It's important to check the trap daily so a trapped mouse is all right when it's let loose. I've tried a few other traps before this one, and this is the best. Easy to use, the mouse can't outwit it nor can it try to chew it's way out of the plastic, and it is see-through so there is no guessing if a live mouse is trapped in it. I'm using two at a time now so if there are mates, they can be released together in the forest area.

Got another one!
- By Larry R. on Jun 21, 2010
The trap works great. The mice seem to not mind the trap so much that getting them to come out can sometimes be an issue. Also, don't forget to take them a long way away so they don't come back.
takes some adjusting to use

I have had these traps before and are very good once you get to know them.
Smaller mice don,t seem to set off the spring on the trap door and more often than not, will run off with the cracker pasted with peanut butter. So in order to catch the smaller mice you need to add like another half cracker so that when a smaller mouse ventures in, it will spring the trap.
Also resetting the trap door in the open position can be sometimes hard to do. They seem to spring shut at any small movement of the trap. Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 trys before the front trap door will stay open. You need to balance with proper weight the cracker on the spring release section so it will stay open. You do need to put peanut butter on both sides of the cracker so that the mouse will have to stay in the trap while eating in order to better set off the spring release and the door closes behind the mouse.
I have trapped over 20 mice with these traps and let them go in a field so it is a very humane trap. They get a meal of cracker and peanut butter and are sent on their way. It is important to check the trap each morning as I do and re-locate the mice.
As I said, I recommend this trap but it takes a bit to get used to it but once you have the weight of the crackers and the spring release door set, its a good humane trap.

I have used these mouse trips for about 2 years now and think they are excellent. They work everytime, whenever I noticed signs of a mouse, I set the trap and the next morning, the mouse is in the trap. I highly recommend theese traps!

If you want a humane mouse trap, this is it!! It works great and you get a good look at the little creatures before you set them free someplace else.
it works
- By Debbie on Oct 10, 2010
I have tried other live trap humane mouse traps but this is the only one that ever works. The mice, however, seem to have heard the old commercial for Ritz crackers, "Everything is better on a Ritz", because peanut butter on a Ritz lures them in, but on a saltine or other cracker, they are not interested.

Best Humane trap out there!
- By Rod R on Nov 7, 2010
This trap works just as advertised! We bought two of them and started catching mice within two hours after receiving them. Releasing the mice was a breeze. It's good to know there are companies out there that practice good humane innovations to safely remove pest. Thank you for such a fine product!
very good

Remember, a starved mouse is light. So, he or she might get the treat the first time without tripping the treddle - be not discouraged - peanut butter is fattening, and the second time around, they will be trapped inside.
Also, if they escape and drag the peanut butter away, that shows you a trail of where they go to hide, so either way it's a win-win. Last year I caught 17. One adolescent female didn't want to come out when I took her down to the corner park.
Best Mouse Trap
- By Deborah B. on Nov 19, 2010
This worked VERY well! I had the mouse in just a few days. HINT: Keep the bait deep in the trap. I had peanut butter on a saltine cracker and missed her the first day because she didn't have to enter the trap far enough to reach the food and, hence, did not set off the trap. This is a great product! My mouse has been relocated to the Metropark. Sure hope there's no more!
lazy cats
- By Donann on Nov 20, 2010
I have 2 house cats, Eddie & Murray, and as much as I didn't want them to catch this mouse, I had no worry because they had absolutely no interest in the little critter! Go figure! I purchased 3 of these traps and the one I placed under my sink was the winner. In no time at all, I heard the door snap shut and low and behold, the little critter was caught eating his peanut butter cracker! I showed him to my cats and they just walked away. I actually caught two mice before I got these traps by myself. Trapped in the bedroom, it took me 45 minutes to corner each critter and throw a towel over him to set him free outside. Trust me, this Smart Mouse Trap is much easier..lol! I recommend this product whole heartedly to anyone with a love for all creatures. Thanks for this wonderful product!
What a Mouser
- By Vicki on Dec 18, 2010
Our generous cat has been sharing her cat food for a couple weeks with a mouse our house sitter named "zoomer". When we returned from vacation, Zoomer was getting more and more bold, actually coming into the living room while we were watching tv and eating crumbs by the ottoman. GEEZ!! It was time to do something about Zoomer, so I ordered your live trap. He was so cute I could not stand the thought of doing otherwise. The night it arrived, I put in the peanut butter cracker (not correctly, it turned out) and the next morning, there was Zoomer, waiting to be let loose. He really enjoyed the cracker overnight. My husband let him loose in the field at the end of the street. AWESOME!! No more zoomer. Next day, I saw Zoomer run across the famiy room. WHAT?? We loaded the trap again, this time I did it right!, and next morn, there was MRS. Zoomer! She joined hubby at the end of the street. That night we loaded the trap again, but so far, weeks later, no more zoomers-trapped or otherwise. That cat food lasts a lot longer now! Great product and arrived quickly. We highly recommend it.

The trap has worked like a charm.
Yes, they work
- By Rebecca on Jan 20, 2011
I caught three mice with my traps purchased from Arbico organics. The mice seemed to not be wary of the 'box' style and when caught, seemed to think I couldn't see them through the shaded plastic. At least, they seemed less panicky than with other traps. And, they weren't in pain. That's a plus. I plugged the hole where they apparently came in. Then, I let them go about 400 feet from the house in a grassy field. They did not return.
A great product

Thank you for providing this mouse trap for your customers. It safely and humanely caught the mouse which was visiting my kitchen for several nights. For a non-techie like me it is easy to use.
Works, but keep an eye on it...
- By Jennifer on Aug 26, 2011
This trap was amazing - as soon as we put it out, we caught a couple very quickly!
HOWEVER, we would notice green plastic shavings due to them scraping the sides trying to escape. Finally one made a hole through the plastic and got his head stuck, choking himself.
I would get it again, but you will have to replace it after you have caught a couple.

We have caught 8 mice so far in just one week, sometimes catching 2 at a time! The Smart Mouse Trap is fantastic...It's effective and easy to use. All our house guests have been relocated outside to safe areas with no harm or loss of life.

Caught the little critter the next day after delivery. Easy in and easy out. Clean and humane.
Great Trap
- By Deb on Oct 31, 2011
Works great. I set it and put in my closet. The mouse took the bate, but the trap did not catch. I set it down after resetting it to go to the kitchn to get more bate, and when I came back I had a mouse. Ha ha. I think when I put the piece of fig cookie in the trap I did not set it in far enough, but that false sense of security of getting away with the first treat, made mousey come back looking for more.
Excellent results

Great product! Does the job. I caught 4 little furry guys, and felt wonderful about letting them free down the way in a nice wooded area.
