Repels All Animal Repellent - 1 Quart Concentrate

Repels deer, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, dogs, cats, raccoons, porcupines, armadillos, birds, rats, mice, beaver, ground hogs, skunks, voles, moles and shrews in three ways, by sense of touch, taste and smell. This is the most comprehensive animal repellent on the market.

Protects plants and property, including structures, for up to 2 months per application. Rain fast after 6 hours. Apply to the area around desirable vegetables to form a repelling barrier.

Application Rates: Mix Repels All 1 Quart Concentrate at the rate of 4 oz to make 1 quart of repellent, or 16 oz to make 1 gallon. This 1 quart concentrate makes 2 gallons of repellent. May be applied with any type of sprayer. First add repellent, then water. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING and frequently during use to keep product mixed well.

Active ingredients: Dried Blood (0.016%), Putrescent whole egg solids (0.016%), Garlic oil (0.003%)

Inert ingredients: Acetic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Cloves, Fish oil, Onions, Meat meal, Seaweed, Vanillin, Vitamin E, Wintergreen oil and Water.

Why Restrictions? All products labeled as pesticides, whether the product is natural, organic or man-made, are regulated by each state. Restrictions for sale in a state occur because the manufacturer of the product chooses not to register that product there. If the product is not a pesticide, there may be other regulations that the vendor cannot easily meet having to do with labeling.

The reason for non-registration is usually economic: each state requires a fee that is paid annually, or the cost of re-labeling for just one or a few states is too high. For instance, each pesticide registered for sale in Arizona is assessed a $100 fee yearly for each size product.
