Organic JMS Stylet-Oil® - Fungicide - Insecticide

Organic JMS Stylet Oil is excellent as a fungicide for powdery mildew, as an insecticide and for virus control! It will kill powdery mildew on contact as well as prevent development of mildew for 10 to 14 days, depending on the usage rate. It will control mites, whitefly and leafminer, as well as aphid-transmitted virus diseases. This year-round spray oil is OMRI listed and EPA registered; it can be used in greenhouses, on field crops, or on fruit trees.

In addition, Organic JMS Stylet-Oil, a technical grade white mineral oil:

• Exceeds standards set by the Food & Drug Administration for "Food Grade Quality" mineral oil (b&c)
• Colorless, tasteless and odorless
• Highest purity level (UR = 99.1%) of any mineral oil sprayed on food crops
• Formulated with an industry-high 2.9% (v/v) emulsifier content
  
• Has a 4-hour re-entry interval; no pre-harvest interval.

Organic JMS Stylet Oil has a recommended application rate of 1-2 gal/100 gal water/acre for either summer use or dormant use.

For best results, we recommend applying with a 400 psi sprayer with air assist, airblast or orchard sprayer; hydraulic boom sprayer recommended.

JMS Stylet-Oil can also be used by gardeners to control powdery mildew! Add 3 Tbsp of Stylet Oil per gallon of water to your pump sprayer. Put in Stylet Oil AFTER your water or last ingredient. Agitate before spraying. Be sure and agitate at least every 10 minutes for the proper dispersal of oil.

Why Restrictions? All products labeled as pesticides, whether the product is natural, organic or man-made, are regulated by each state. Restrictions for sale in a state occur because the manufacturer of the product chooses not to register that product there. If the product is not a pesticide, there may be other regulations that the vendor cannot easily meet having to do with labeling.

The reason for non-registration is usually economic: each state requires a fee that is paid annually, or the cost of re-labeling for just one or a few states is too high. For instance, each pesticide registered for sale in Arizona is assessed a $100 fee yearly for each size product.

I'm thankful for this product because without it I would have lost my grape group. My sulfur program started well but once the mildew started only the stylet oil worked. Just buy it and use it. You can't go wrong.

Low mixing ratio means this stuff goes a long way and it wipes out PM for over a week or more. This stuff is a life saver!

It is great to have a solution for powdery mildew that works well with no toxicity at all. The oil works by simply smothering the fungus and can be used right up to harvest time.
