Gnat Stix 12 pack

The single, most effective treatment for fungus gnats, aphids, plant lice and other small insects infesting household plants!

The insects are attracted to the bright yellow sticky traps, where they meet a sticky end. Effective for even the worst infestations of fungus gnats. Use one Gnat Stix for each infested plant in adjacent rooms or hallways. Avoid touching leaves with the sticky paper. Remove excess sticky material with cooking oil.

Instructions:

Peel release paper on yellow sticky sheet. Slide stick through the holes in the sticky sheet. Use one sticky strip on each stick. Place the GNAT STIX in the soil of plants infested with fungus gnats, aphids or other insects. Replace with spare sticky sheets when full or after 2 months.

These work well if you attach the pad close to the top of the stick and insert it with the bottom of the pad almost touching the soil. This is where you will catch the most of these nasty critters. Also you must use the gnat sticks in conjunction with spraying the soil from a 24 oz bottle with 1 1/2 TBSP dish soap (non antibacterial) and 1 1/2 TBSP cooking oil. Do this every other day as long as you can see them crawling or flying up from the soil. Lastly, you must water the plants as little as possible. If you have a lot of plants the whole process could take 2-3 months cause they are NASTY!

Took longer than I expected to arrive and I panicked and bought a "garden safe" pesticide that ended up killing the young leaves on my geranium and didn't solve the problem. When I finally received this product, I was thrilled by how many gnats were caught (and a little appalled lol) It's been about 2-3 weeks and my plant is thriving again. I am so happy and relieved and would quickly recommend it to others with caution on wait for delivery.

I recently bought a 12-pack of yellow, super sticky Gnat Stix. I needed all 12 because I have a lot of house plants, and the gnats were driving me crazy. They were landing on my computer screen and flying in my face (I'm told they like the carbon dioxide that we breathe out). The gnats are attracted to the bright yellow Stix which capture their obnoxious little bodies. I've seen very few in the last few days. I called Arbico before I got them, and they were extremely helpful. To kill the larvae in the soil I'm using Thuricide once a week.

I bought these Gnat Stix to kill fungus gnats growing in my indoor plants. The most annoying flying critters! Some even got in my fridge. First, I treated the soil in each pot with Thuricide to kill the larvae. The Stix captured the gnats still flying around. They're attracted to the bright yellow color of the sticky paper strips. They flock to them, and they can't get unstuck. My problem was pretty much resolved with one package of Stix, but I put out a few more to be sure. Only got another 1 or 2 gnats when I did that. The Stix are a great product.

I put a few of these in plants around the house and they work great!!!! Easy to put together and just take them out and throw them away when they get full.

These traps are awesome! We had a serious infestation of fungus gnats in our african violet plants, and within a day, there were significantly less flying around the room, and several stuck to each sticky trap!! Highly recommended, in addition to some mosquito bits, to kill the larvae!! Thank you for a great product!!

I had those lousy little gnats flying about in my office. I thought about a heavy duty insecticide to solve the problem, but indoors? I don't think so. Arbico Organics suggested a very low tech solution by understanding gnat psychology... a yellow colored flypaper that attracts the flying gnats and stops them cold... Gnat stix are wildly successful! I ordered extra boxes of Gnat Stix and am the savior of the office. Thank you Arbico Organics. I did not employ harsh chemicals and used a simple yellow sticky paper instead.
