Finally, there is an alternative product to safely reach for when insect pests are in or around your home!  EcoPCO® ACU is a professional-strength insecticide aerosol that will exterminate most pests in 1 minute, just like all the other more noxious products. The difference is that it uses safe botanical oils to do the work!

EcoPCO® ACU is also an effective alternative for pyrethrum aerosols.  EcoPCO® ACU is designated as “bio-pesticide” by the Federal EPA because of its botanical active ingredient, a derivative of peanut oil. (This derivative does NOT cause allergic reactions.) The derivative attacks octopamine, which regulates an insect’s heart rate, movement and metabolism. Interrupting the function of octopamine results in a total breakdown of the insect’s nervous system, causing a fast knockdown and kill. Since octopamine is only found in invertebrates, EcoPCO® ACU’s action will not harm humans or pets.

Because it is botanical, it will not contaminate other baits used for insects. It is unscented, non-staining and CFC free. The targeted pests include: crawling pests: ants, carpet beetles, centipedes, cockroaches, crickets, earwigs, fleas, millipedes, mites, pillbugs, scorpions, spiders and others; flying pests: flies, gnats, mosquitoes, moths, yellow jackets, wasps and others.

Avoid spraying plants; toxic to fish.
