Dragonfire-CPP™ Natural Nematicide

Dragonfire-CPP™ natural nematicide, derived from organic wild sesame CPP seeds and extracted by cold pressing, can control many varieties of plant parasitic nematodes, including Sting, Lance, Stubby-Root, Root-Knot and Spiral. Although it is food grade, this is not common sesame; it is highly unsaturated, and unlike regular sesame seed oil, it has a high concentration of linolenic, lioleic, palmatic, stearic and oleic acids. The total acid content exceeds 65%. Dragonfire-CPP™ has no environmental problems and can be applied to all agricultural crops, fruit and nut trees, bananas, and forage, as well as vegetable gardens, landscapes, lawns, sports fields, and golf courses.

After applying, Dragonfire-CPP™ is absorbed throughout the plant tissues. Many varieties of plant parasitic nematodes, including Sting, Lance, Stubby-Root, Root-Knot and Spiral, are deterred from feeding; if the nematodes do feed, the acidic content of Dragonfire-CPP™ dries them out, killing them. Survivors become lethargic and will not reproduce. The root nematode population decreases, and the plants have a chance to recover and grow.

Application: The 5 gallon Agricultural label of Dragonfire-CPP™ may be applied prior to planting or anytime thereafter. Thoroughly mix with water in a ratio of 10 parts of water to 1 part Dragonfire-CPP™. Can be applied by aerial sprayer, boom sprayer, hose end applicator, hand drench, overhead or drip irrigation, and tape irrigation. If using fertigation or irrigation, no emulsifier is needed; other types of applications may need an emulsifier.

Irrigate immediately after application if applied to flowering plants.

Rates: For light to moderate infestations or as a preventative, use 3 gallons of Dragonfire-CPP™ per acre. For moderate to heavy infestations, use 5 gallons of Dragonfire-CPP™ per acre.

Active ingredient: sesame oil & 100%; CPP oil is derived from a specific cultivar of wild round sesame seeds.

Why Restrictions? All products labeled as pesticides, whether the product is natural, organic or man-made, are regulated by each state. Restrictions for sale in a state occur because the manufacturer of the product chooses not to register that product there. If the product is not a pesticide, there may be other regulations that the vendor cannot easily meet having to do with labeling.

The reason for non-registration is usually economic: each state requires a fee that is paid annually, or the cost of re-labeling for just one or a few states is too high. For instance, each pesticide registered for sale in Arizona is assessed a $100 fee yearly for each size product.
