General Use Bat Guano 10-6-2 - 10 lb Bag

Bat Guano with a guaranteed analysis of 10-6-2 is a high-nitrogen formula. It is ideal for houseplants, vegetables, fruit trees, flowers, lawns and ornamentals. This 10-6-2 formulation of Bat Guano is approved for use in Hawaii by HI Dept of Agriculture.

Use: can be used as a manure tea (2-3 Tbs./gal. of water), foliar feed, or a composting and soil mix.

Application: 5 lbs/100 sq. ft. of vegetable or flower plots; 3-5 lbs/10 ft. tree; 1 Tbs./qt. water for houseplants.

Why Restrictions? All products labeled as pesticides, whether the product is natural, organic or man-made, are regulated by each state. Restrictions for sale in a state occur because the manufacturer of the product chooses not to register that product there. If the product is not a pesticide, there may be other regulations that the vendor cannot easily meet having to do with labeling.

The reason for non-registration is usually economic: each state requires a fee that is paid annually, or the cost of re-labeling for just one or a few states is too high. For instance, each pesticide registered for sale in Arizona is assessed a $100 fee yearly for each size product.
