Delta Trap Kit for Pitch pine moth, Rhyacionia bigidana

This economical trap kit is suitable for monitoring the Pitch pine moth.

These trap kits contain all the materials required to maintain twelve trap stations for 12-18 weeks under normal conditions. Foldout design and interior grid patten makes insect counting quick and accurate. Bright orange exterior aids field spotting.

• 12 Delta traps
• 24 Paper clips (for trap assembly)

Coverage: In general, at least one trap should be used for each field or orchard. Additional traps should be added if:

*The field or orchard is larger than 10 acres.
*Abnormally large populations or "hot spots" exist which need close attention.
*The traps are being used to estimate insect population density as opposed to just detection.
