Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order. Prices on this page are for estimating purposes only.
Shipping charges will be figured automatically for the method you select during the order process. You will see the shipping total before you click to complete your purchase.
Shipping Methods Available: Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Next Day.
Note: All liquids must ship ground.

Next Day and 2nd Day Shipping
Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM MST in order to be processed and shipped the following day. No same day order processing available. This excludes all drop ships. No Saturday or Sunday delivery available.
Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 -2 days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipping. Every effort will be made to process 2nd Day and Next Day orders on the day the order is received, although, we cannot guarantee same day order processing. Please call us if you are concerned.

*SHIPPING LIVE INSECT ORDERS*

From May 1st through October 1st, Most Insect Orders MUST be shipped Next Day. Please select the correct shipping option when completing your order. During the cooler months, some insect orders can be shipped 2nd Day.
Beneficial insects that are excluded include: Moth Egg Parasites (Trichogramma sp)., Green Lacewing (Chrysoperla sp.), and Whitefly Parasites (Encarsia Formosa, Eretmocerus sp.)
DAYS WE SHIP LIVE INSECTS:
Next Day: Mon - Thursday Only.
Live insects and organisms that require Next Day delivery can only be shipped Mon - Thursday. We cannot send live insects over a weekend. Orders for live insects received after noon (MST) on Thursday or anytime Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
2nd Day: Mon - Wed. Only.
(only available for certain insects)
Live insects and organisms that can be shipped 2nd Day can only be shipped Mon - Wed. We cannot send live insects over a weekend. Orders for live insects received after noon (MST) on Wednesday or anytime Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
